What SIM does the Strapped™ Pro Kids Smart Watch take?
Our Strapped watches are only compatible with nano SIM cards from Telstra, Optus, Vodafone, Spark NZ, 2degrees, and One NZ. They do not require a Wi-Fi connection to make calls, send texts, or access other features when using a SIM from one of these providers.
Can I track my child’s location?
Yes. The watch uses GPS, Wi-Fi and LBS positioning to help parents view their child’s location and stay informed throughout the day.
Does the watch have an SOS feature?
Yes. The Strapped™ Pro includes SOS safety alerts, allowing your child to quickly reach out in an emergency when they need help.
Is the watch suitable for young children?
Yes, the watch is designed for kids, with a comfortable food-grade silicone strap, easy-to-use touch screen, and features that are parent-controlled.

Is the Strapped™ Pro waterproof?
